Grilled Tomato Egg White and Cheese Sandwich.

Ingredients:
~ Bread.. I used Sara Lee healthy multi grain (2 slices = 90 calories), you can use any bread that you prefer P28 Foods bread, Ezekiel, Gluten free..etc..get creative you can do on tortilla too.
~ Egg whites w/ spinach (use what you need for your macros or diet ..I did 2/3 cup…pan fry on stove or sometimes I cook in glass pan in microwave ..just throw my egg whites and spinach in a glass bowl and microwave for 2 min…fold or cut
~ tomato 2 small slices
~ Jalepeno jack almond cheese (1 oz) (I haven’t found this yet) I used reduced fat feta cheese instead
~one garlic and herb laughing cow light cheese (or any flavor you like..there is a Queso Fresco & Chipotle..I love chipotle)
~ toast the bread
~ stack the sandwich
