Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 scoop Peanut Butter Cookie Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme
3/4 cup of natural peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated stevia (I only used a 1/4 cup)
Optional ~ unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it turns into batter. You may want to add a little water..just enough to moisten ( I added maybe a teaspoon or two of unsweetened almond milk to moisten a bit) if it seems too dry.
Next, form batter into balls and place on a foil lined cookie sheet. Using a fork to gently smash balls down and bake for 8-10 mins at 350 degrees F in oven.
